Programs

1.Space is limited and all vendors must fill out and submit a vendor application by October 14, 2026 to receive a reserved spot. The event will be held outside and may be cancelled due to inclement weather.

2. All vendors are responsible for set-up and take-down (tables, chairs, EZ ups, banners, etc.), as well as manning their booths at all times. Vendors’ cars must be parked in parking lot. This isn’t a Trunk or Treat.

3. All Vendors who are selling merchandise must pay a vendor fee of $40.

4. There is no WIFI or electrical outlets. Battery lights and equipment are suggested.

5. The Park District is not responsible for the lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise (or personal effects).

6. All vendors who are not selling merchandise are FREE.

7. All vendors must provide commercially packaged candy for (expected 500 people) and a game/craft/activity for trick-or-treating.

8. Vendors should dress comfortably, remaining professional in appearance and performance. Halloween costumes are optional but highly recommended.

9. Booths must remain set-up until the Halloween in the Park/Fall Festival event is done.

10. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises. The sale of alcohol or tobacco-related products, drug paraphernalia, and or items that promote the use of illicit substance is not permitted.
